What does Roxy love, you ask? Roxy loves her people and stealing tennis balls from them! In fact, Roxy will abscond with a tennis ball and play with it, by herself, for hours. Roxy also loves belly rubs from her human friends and will sit politely for pets and attention. But her absolute favorite is getting scritches behind her ears -- aaahhhh, yes. That is indeed the best in Roxy's opinion.

Roxy is a young, energetic shepherd mix who didn't have a very good life before finding refuge at Autumn Acres Animal Rescue. The folks at Autumn Acres knew that Roxy needed some extra work getting along with other doggos, so she's in The Pet Connection's training program now. She's pretty much a star student and we adore this girl.

Now, all Roxy wants is a home where she can be your best buddy. She'll lean into you for pets and be soft and silly and sweet.
